Wagyu Delmonico Steak
The Delmonico comes from the chuck eye, right where the chuck meets the ribeye. This gives it much of the marbling, tenderness, and rich beef flavor you love in a Ribeye, while offering a great steak at a more approachable price.
Delmonico steaks can be a little less uniform in shape and have more natural seams than a traditional Ribeye, but don’t let the appearance fool you. This cut delivers plenty of Wagyu flavor and a tender, satisfying bite.
Cook it hot and fast on the grill or in a cast-iron skillet, bring it to your preferred temperature, and let it rest before serving.
